I'm meeting Mantis at Prologue on Sunday for a ride. Approx 3 hours, maybe a bit more. Pace around 19mph. Route to be decided, but likely to have a few hills mixed in.

I can't do the 1030 or the 0830 going to white horse way with Big Mike ( and to be honest I think I'd get dropped within a few miles!) but thinking of doing Norwood, Harrogate, Ridley, Pateley bridge, appletreewick, langbar, Otley and Norwood edge(or back to Harrogate for people living that way).
