Any one interested? After all the discussion elsewhere I'm still happy to go on a fast ride. Last week was very civil for the first half and the second half was only hard as it was into a headwind.

as I am on leave tomorrow (Friday 22nd Nov), I plan on going out for a long steady, social ride (well with myself if no other takers), probably head east to howardians and castle howard (tea stop)and back. rich.
