Anyone up for a fast/ medium paced 50 miles tomorrow?
Planning a hilly ish ride in preparation for the Chemo Classic next weekend.
Possibly Wharfedale, Bolton Abbey, Embsay, quick coffee stop at Burnsall & back?

I'm up for it but as I've not been getting out much lately I'll probably be going more at medium, happy to set off with you and let you go on if you want though. I'll be on winter bike too, as best bike frame going off for repair.

Was a tough ride & excellent training for the Columba Chemo Classic next week. I am absolutely goosed now!

A particular highlight for me was slogging up Duck Street in the pouring rain into a block headwind - loved it
