MTB ride Osmotherley 16th or 17th November

ready for a change of scene and scenery. Any one up for an MTB ride say 3hrs with a some refreshments at the end (Pub or cafe) back home early afternoon.

I have route in mind

Good idea Mike. What route do you have in mind? Would a cross bike cope? My late 80s MTB is showing its age!! Keen whatever.

Could do 16th as I'm racing abbey dash on 17th in Leeds.......only have my single speed mtb....could be brutal?

From what i remember from a summers evening a few years back i think a cros bike would cope, Nevertheless MTB rides to me are a series of efforts and then the strongest waiting at the end of a section or a gate.

i ll try another media to drum up support like the club dinner after alcohol next saturday

Not many takers. Wilber and I Mark Quinn Tony K? but go for Sunday 9-30 Osmotherly village Hall (opposite three tuns ) Public loos near by just park where sensible in village streets probably a three hour ride . Gives me chance to work and further service the MTB on saturday.
