Weekend riding plans

Anyone participating in a club ride, whether a club member or not, must abide by the Highway Code, ride responsibility, sensibly and respect other road users at all times. Please remember your behaviour on the bike reflects on the club, even if other road users don't share the same courtesy to you.

I’m planning on being there if it’s not snowing!

Me too. I think there might be the odd blustery flurry but unless it’s worse than predicted or no one wants to ride then I’ll be there. Everyone is obviously going to take a view in the morning so if you plan to be out it would help if you posted so others know and we can have a consensus.

I also don’t mind setting off a bit later if it helps.

I’m really keen to ride, even if it’s a short main road blast up & down the A168.
It doesn’t look like it’s going to be any warmer later on in the day, so let’s just get out & back for hot coffee!

Forecast is -1 feels like -9, heavy snow showers and 20mph winds. You’re all mad! Sorry I can’t join you, on daddy daycare duties. Hopefully see you all next week.

I'll be out for a steady couple of hours on the flats, if I'm at Texaco, I'm there, if not don't wait.

I've decided to give it a miss sadly, not worth the risk if its icy. Stay safe if anyone goes out. Cheers.

Was just thinking the same, stay safe and ride another day.

Very wise. I’m staying indoors too.

Surely Spring will arrive soon?

Indoors for me too. Not feeling bright anyway. High pulse and insomnia - maybe got a bug... or could be the whisky last night.
