Hoping to try and get this to a regular thing on Saturdays with someone 'leading' , flatter routes initially to make sure everyone can stick together.... I'd like to ride 180 - 220w to get a training benefit but happy to stop or tow people that want to come along or get fitter, no smash on hills / a...

Would be up for some Sunday steadies in the near future. Can't make this weekend, family stuff and wheels away for service too.

Thats when my leg kinda flops over the pedal arm...

Late notice but 3-4hrs riding, 180-240w, AM roll out (flexible on time), don't mind route just want to keep a lid on the pace. Anyone game?
