Rest up BM and let the drugs do their work for a speedy recovery :) The weather seems to now look better for Sunday over Saturday but it is Thursday...changeable! I cannot do Sat am as at the boy's xmas show so really hoping to ride Sunday unless its hammering down with rain/sleet from the start. Rob.

James even got cheers at the end of the ride going up the hill first through Follifoot. Both Matthew and James were strong and still v determined after 40 miles!

Aaron will have to step up at some point in the not so distant future Thanks Fran a good ride.

Ahhh! So regretting having entered the Hull 10 reading this!...well unless it goes better than I think it will out on the dual carriageway! Dual carriageway vs the Trough with mates. Hmmm.
