2.5-3 hours, no coffee stop, going pretty hard (but not extreme!) with lots of climbing- prob over towards Pateley and Church Rd, Silver St, Greenhow etc? Similar to last week when Ben (aka Contador), Niall and Rick were out. My brother in law will be up from London, so key objective will be to lose...

Anyone for a ride on Sat 22nd? 11am POW?
Hi. Does anyone fancy 2.5-3 hour ride Sat am setting off 11am from POW heading out Pateley / Nidderdale direction- lot of climbs but not too hard core as I've been doing quite a bit (well, for me) this week?
