MTBs welcome, we're still sticking two fingers up at the UCI 'cross regs but as for mud, not sure we've got much of that going on unless the weather is more obliging. Still I'm sure them 2.25s will plough up the playing fields nicely.

Great post Frosty, thanks for that. If anyone can sort Ian out with some knobbly tyres there's a good chance he'll make it through a session without crashing.

Plenty of room for more, hope a few more of you can make it next week. And don't forget winter cross season starts on Sunday. Yes, I know, it's still summer!

CX training is ON tonight, we'd appreciate any help in setting up if you can get there early, say just after 6:00pm. If not training proper starts at 6:30pm, hope to see you there.
