I know how I'll feel in the morning. Sleepy, tired and grumpy, but I might see if I can drag myself out of bed at such an ungodly hour.

My bike is fixed. Since you're coming past me I'll not come to Prologue but ride up Knaresborough road towards you. Its freezing just standing at Bogs Lane. If someone could text when you leave Prologue please.

I was going to come this week, but since I didn't ho to Altea I guess I can't.

I've been riding a few longish rides with my lad recently and plan on doing another ~3 hours on Sunday morning 9am ish. He's good at sticking to my wheel and we've done 4hours hilly at 16mph and 4 hours flat at 18mph. Not too bothered about the route. Any takers?
