Anyone fancy a 3hr hilly thrash on Saturday morning? Say 8am at Prologue? Quite hard/fast - maybe see how many metres of climbing in 3h? Caffine gels de rigeur! Kids swimming lessons are cancelled this Sat, but can't really go much longer as have to pack the car to go see Le Tour on Sunday... Tom

Ha ha- I'm almost wetting myself with excitement- just been out to practice a few hills- you know, working out good places to attack etc.... hiding jet packs behind bushes. That sort of thing!

Mike, I'm in - and 830 sounds good..... I'm off out to the garage to polish the Venge and get that aero sheen in preparation! Word on the street is someones bought a sexy pair of Zipp 880s from the Specialised store.... will they be making an appearance?! Tom

I'm in for Monday - cu then! (I'll also be going out for 2hrs fast on Sun - maybe around lunchtime if anyone wants to join).

I'll be going out at 12 noon from POW for 3.5-4 hrs, prob up to Masham, Coverdale, Kettlewell, and back over Grassington and Duck Road. Let me know if you want to come join.

Hope you guys have a blast- I've got kids swimming lessons.... I'll be going out 12 noon on sat for 2hrs (pretty quick- up to Patley and back from POW, back-via Silver St out of Wath and Brimham) if anyone can't make 9am. Out Sunday 1145 too at POW- 3 (maybe 4) hr a bit steadier but hardish-on t'hil...
