Mudflaps

A mudflap fitted to rear mudguard essential for winter/wet 'social' rides so rider behind doesn't get covered in crap, unless you intend to sit at the back. Happy cycling!
PS No need if you are on your turbo in the garage.

Re: Sunday 8th Dec

Sorry Alison, can't make it tomorrow as I am doing a group walk of 14 miles around Dallowgill followed by roast beef dinner at the Drovers.
Lovely!

Re: Moderate ride - Sunday 28th October

Thanks for organising an enjoyable ride Alison. Plenty of hills- just what I like. Shame about the foul weather but on the plus side we had a stop off at Dunnies cafe on the way home. Good turn-out of 7 riders too.

Re: Moderate ride - Sunday 28th October

Sounds good. Was thinking of doing the Almscliffe race but with my dodgy ankle I might not not be up to the running bit. (I've done this event several times as a runner for Harrogate AC many moons ago). So I'm up for the moderate ride if weather is ok.

Re: moderate ride

Great ride. Nice route to Castle Howard taking in Easingwold, Stillington and Terrington. About 64 miles at a fairly rapid pace (for me!) of 17.6mph.
