I'm interested Michael. My pace for a route like that sat in a group might be 15/16 mph so obviously a slower group.

Just wondering if anyone is going to rejuvenate the Saturday morning medium paced rides (16/17 mph type pace) or this there not a demand for this?

Will you be calling at the Empress and the Texaco garage in Knaresborough to pick up other possible riders?

Hi David, I used to go on several of the medium paced rides meeting in Knaresborough and would attend again if these are resurrected. Can't make it for a while though as I am suffering with Sciatica.

Suggested route - Ripley, Scarah Bank, Brimham,Fell Beck, Dallow Moor, Laverton, K Malzeard, Grewelthorpe, Masham (cafe) and back home. About 50 miles?
Meet at usual place in Knaresborough at 9.15am.
