I know it's a long shot, but any medium fast riders out this sunday? - weather looks balmy.

Not up to riding with group!?!? this week, recovering from bad chest infection and painful knee problem - so just out for a test amble on my own. Good luck with rousing the troops though!

Perhaps a circuitous route to stop at Tadcaster via Kirkby Over, Sicklinghall ,Wetherby, Boston Spa etc and back via Cowthorpe - Boroughbridge? I'll need help with directions wherever as I'm brilliant at goin...
